On this very special day,
I would like to say a few things.
That I love you with all my heart
And thankful for all the joy you bring
Without you I would be lost,
Just a small girl in a big world.
But with your hand you guide me
Until all life's secrets are unfurled.
You carried me for nine months,
And delivered me on a cool day.
You never gave up on raising me,
And for that, I don't know what to say.
Now as your life grows large,
As so mine does the same.
Just remember our lullaby,
And nothing will ever change.
